CONCEPT 32 - CB Line Card, BA-6500-010/02
The CB (Central Battery) Line Card is designed to connect up to four telephones and can be located in any standard line card slot in the STS concentrator.
Voltage Dependant Resistors (VDR’s) are incorporated across each line to protect against high voltage transients.
Note: Additional external protection is provided in the form of in-line fuses for current protection and Gas Discharge Tubes (GDT’s) for over-voltage protection.
Note: Shorting any A & B pair of a line will simulate an incoming call and prove the integrity of the line card, keyboard serial card and keypanel.
