Custom Blank Panel Design Service

STS Rail offer a custom blank panel design and manufacture service. All blank panel products are built and finished using materials of the same high standards as our custom keypanels. A variety of features can be incorporated, including handles, earth studs, hinge fixings, stay-arm brackets, fixing holes, studs and clinch nuts.


Custom hinged blank panel secured by quarter-turn fasteners.	Panel strengthened by additional welded plate to reverse. Note hinge studs, stay-arm bracket and earth stud.
