Monitor Keyboards The Monitor Keyboard product offers the reliability of a traditional illuminated push-button switch matrix, set into a monitor style enclosure, with VESA standard mounting.

Designed to allow ergonomic adjustments and release desk space when used in a modern signalling control centre environment.

The Monitor Keyboard appears to the Operator as the equivalent of a 18” flat-panel monitor with push button switches for SPT circuits, PETS and alarms.

Key Configuration

Maximum key capacity per unit is 128 SPT keys arranged as 8 rows of 16 keys, with space for up to 2 PETS circuits and alarm indicators.

Other standard variants include:

• 64 keys (arranged as 8 rows of 8 keys)
• 64 keys with 1 or 2 PETS
• 80 Keys (arranged as 10 rows of 8 keys)
• 80 keys with 1 or 2 PETS
Other custom configurations can be designed and built to order.

Electrical Connections

Connectors for concentrator data, dc power, PETS and earth point are presented on the rear panel. Phone LJU is mounted centrally on lower edge of case.

Alarms & Indicators

All Monitor Keyboards have a standard set of alarms and indicators; Power On, Call Tech, Lamp Test, Charger Fail, AHB Alarms Accept, Voice Recorder. Sounders and buzzer are mounted on case lower edge or rear panel.

Case dimensions 460mm wide x 350mm high x 140mm deep.
Equipment weight will depend on configuration, maximum 10.5Kg.
Standard finish: Epoxy eggshell paint. Colour: Front panel—Light Grey, Case—Dark Grey.
